VCCCD Chancellor Search: Listening Session

The Ventura County Community College District (VCCCD) Board of Trustees has begun the search process to find our next Chancellor.  We are committed to supporting a transparent and inclusive process. As you and your organization play a vital role in our community, we invite you to a community listening session to hear your feedback on:

·       Priorities for the District and its colleges, Moorpark, Oxnard, and Ventura;

·       Ideal characteristics of the next VCCCD Chancellor; and

·       How we can attract qualified candidates for this key leadership position.

Join the listening session on Tuesday, February 1 from 3:30 p.m. PST to 4:30 p.m. PST.

Earlier this month, we distributed a press release to inform our community about this process and the executive management firm whom the District has retained to lead the nationwide search, Greenwood/Asher & Associates, LLC. VCCCD will provide regular updates about the chancellor selection process on its website. Inquiries and confidential nominations regarding the chancellor search should be directed to Narcisa Polonio, Ed.D., at narcisapolonio@greenwoodsearch.com or (202) 276-1983.

We appreciate your consideration and look forward to your participation in this important event.
